Hello, I'm Jane Ardley, a fully qualified Personal
Fitness Trainer based in West Kent who can plan a specific
programme in the comfort and privacy of your own home, to suit
your needs.
Whatever your age or level of fitness I can help you. You
may want advice on weight control, postural or flexibility
problems, toning your muscles, improving your stamina or you
may need help with rehabilitation following an injury.
One to one training starts with an initial
consultation to learn about you, what you want to achieve
and what you enjoy. I can then create a programme for your
own personal ability.
It's never too late, and you are never too
old, to start an exercise programme.
