The Benefits of
Drinking Water
There is no need to immediately drink the recommended
two litres each day, build it up. Try gradually substituting
your usual drink for a glass of still water through the day.
Water consumption should not be confused with
liquid intake. Anything with caffeine or bubbles does not
count.
Tap water is not always as pure as it should
be, but don't spend lots of money on bottled water. You could
invest in a water filter jug; it is a much cheaper option.
